Jered Weaver plays catch Tuesday, feels better

Angels pitcher Jered Weaver played catch Tuesday and felt "a lot better," the Orange County Register reports.

Weaver was removed from Monday's game while warming up for the third inning and later diagnosed with lower back tightness. His next start is scheduled for Saturday, and it appears he has a shot to remain in the rotation if the injury continues to progress.
