Jerry Hairston activated, starting

Dodgers outfielder Jerry Hairston was activated from the disabled list Monday and is in the starting lineup against the Angels. Hairston had been on the disabled list since May 5 due to groin and knee injuries.

The team has not announced a corresponding move to make room for Hairston on the active roster.
