Super-prospect Kris Bryant may not be with the Cubs to start the season, but his presence will be felt in the form of a billboard across the street from Wrigley Field. Since Bryant was sent to Triple-A, Adidas Baseball has already come with a "motivation" tweet:

And now, Adidas has put a "Worth the Wait" billboard of Bryant up on Addison Street (click on the pictures for the bigger version):

Bryant, 23, hit .425/.477/1.175 with three doubles, nine homers and 15 RBI this spring with the big-league club. Baseball's top prospect owns a career slash line of .327/.428/.666 with 48 doubles and 52 homers in 174 minor-league games. Due to the structure of baseball's collective bargaining agreement, the Cubs can gain an extra year of team control (seven seasons vs. six) by keeping him in the minors for just a few weeks to start the season.
