Everyone got away from the baseball

Everyone knows the story of Steve Bartman. Everyone. And when we say everyone, we mean especially Cubs fans in attendance at an NLCS game.

A lot of bad came from the Bartman situation -- the poor guy's life has been forever altered, and not in a good way. It's not too surprising then that, as a result, the incident has made a lasting impression.
