Remember the Lehigh Valley IronPigs bacon hat and jerseys a few years ago? They're going from that to cheesesteaks now.

A bit over two years ago, I wrote about the glorious decision of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Phillies Triple-A affiliate) to embrace bacon as it pertained to their hats and some merchandise they were selling. Yes, they had a bacon hat.

Knowing that, this shouldn't be surprising:

So bacon comes from pigs and the steaks -- at least one would guess -- come from cows. Who cares? This is outstanding. In fact, I fully support all meat-related mascot, temporary or permanent, from here on out.
