As ardent fans of the Kansas City Royals know, outfielder Alex Gordon likes to conduct media interviews wearing his glove, on top of his cap, on top of his head.

Alas, not everyone knows they both do it, and when Gordo and/or Grandy have worn their gloves on their heads during the 111th World Series, it has caused some fans to pause.

The hat on top of the head makes both look young, and the ritual (reflex?) probably goes back to Little League, as more than one person has pointed out.

Still, it's not everyone's cap of tea.

Oy. So, instead of being cynical and suspicious about which player was wearing what on whose head and when, let's just celebrate the Glove Hatheads who are Alex Gordon and Curtis Granderson:

But is it like this all of the time?

Sad face. With glove on top of head. It might be "hard to take seriously" someone wearing a baseball glove on their head during an interview, but it's also a baseball interview, which almost never are to be taken seriously in the first place.
