Indians first baseman Nick Swisher has turned in extreme lefty/righty splits so far in the 2013 season, going .355/.487/.581 in 39 plate appearances against lefties and .211/.318/.342 in 44 plate appearances against righties.
It's a call back to 2011, when Swisher posted a .957 OPS against lefties and a .763 OPS against righties. While his overall line this season is solid, he'll have to make improvements against right-handers to remain productive overall.
