Corey Hart, who is on a Triple-A rehab assignment due to a shoulder injury, had his work shut down after he felt knee discomfort, per the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Hart, who was scheduled to be re-evaluated after this weekend, will be examined by Pirates team doctors on Friday. He was batting just .222 with one double, two home runs and nine RBI in limited work with the Pirates this season.
