Report: Astros to interview Phil Nevin for managerial position

The Astros have received permission from the Diamondbacks to interview Triple-A manager Phil Nevin for their big league managerial position, a source has told MLB.com.

Nevin, who played briefly for Houston in 1995, guided the Reno Aces to an 81-63 record this season.
