Robert Andino clears waivers, outrighted to Triple-A

Mariners shortstop Robert Andino has cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Tacoma, the Baltimore Sun reports. The Orioles discussed placing a claim on Andino, who spent four years with the Orioles from 2009 to 2012, but decided against it.

Andino hit .184/.253/.237 in 76 at-bats with the Mariners this season.
