The Phillies announced the next steps for injured pitchers Roy Halladay and Jonathan Pettibone, both of whom are recovering from shoulder issues.
Halladay will move his minor-league rehab assignment to Class A Lakewood Tuesday, while Pettibone will start the same day for Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
It is not yet clear how long their respective assignments will go on, but Halladay is known to need at least one more rehab start before the team considers calling him up.
