Kaczmarski has hit .357/.421/.444 in 41 games for Triple-A Las Vegas this season, but there were no takers for a 26-year-old with no major-league hits. He'll remain organizational depth for the Mets.

Kaczmarski has only played in four big-league games this season, but was hitting .357 with an .865 OPS for Triple-A Las Vegas at the time of this move. He will now be subject to waivers after losing his place on the 40-man roster.

Kaczmarski played in four games after getting called up from the minors in late June, though he failed to collect a hit during five plate appearances. The outfielder will return to Las Vegas, where he will receive everyday at-bats moving forward.
