NASCAR DFS: 2022 Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400 daily Fantasy picks for Martinsville for DraftKings, FanDuel
SportsLine's Mike McClure, a DFS pro with almost $2 million in winnings, gives his top NASCAR daily Fantasy picks

One of NASCAR's consistently strong drivers at Martinsville Speedway in recent memory is Brad Keselowski. Since 2018, he has a win and five top-five finishes in seven races at the short track, coming through for NASCAR DFS picks. The the only outlier came in last year's Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 after a crash ended his day with just 15 laps remaining. Keselowski climbed as high as fifth in the field in that race, but can he come back this year and deliver a better performance for NASCAR DFS lineups at Saturday's NASCAR Martinsville race?
Keselowski has work to do this season, as he has just 72 points heading into Saturday's 2022 Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400. He also has the third-most top-five finishes overall at short track courses over the last three years with nine, but is that enough to pick him out of the NASCAR DFS driver pool? The green flag for NASCAR at Martinsville 2022 drops at 7:30 p.m. ET. Two weeks ago, he was high on Chase Elliott, who finished fourth after starting 12th in the grid at the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix. His model, which simulates every race 10,000 times, called seven outright winners last season. Anybody who has followed his picks has seen huge returns.

Top 2022 Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400 NASCAR DFS picks
For NASCAR at Martinsville, McClure is high on Tyler Reddick ($8,600 on DraftKings, $8,500 on FanDuel). Reddick finished eighth in last year's Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 and made it as high as sixth by lap 177 last week at Richmond. The fourth-year Cup Series driver is still in search of his first career win on the circuit, but has shown he can be competitive at short tracks.
Reddick doesn't have the same level of familiarity at Martinsville as some of his senior drivers, as it wasn't included in the Xfinity Series when he was on it in 2018 and 2019. However, Reddick has the sixth-most fastest laps this season among all drivers with 71, which should help him push the pack on Sunday's short track.
Part of McClure's optimal NASCAR DFS strategy also includes rostering Kevin Harvick ($8,400 on DraftKings, $9,300 on FanDuel). The 22-year veteran is fourth among all Cup series drivers in average finish this season at 12.7. Harvick is looking to build on a solid finish to last weekend's race, when he finished second after a strong push in the final 48 laps.
Harvick ended last weekend with his best finish of the season, but the 2011 Goody's Fast Pain Relief 500 remains his only win at Martinsville since his debut in the NASCAR Cup Series 2001. NASCAR DFS players have been able to count on Harvick throughout this season, as he is sixth in total laps completed. Harvick has held a driver rating of 98.5 at short tracks over the last three years and has finished with a rating of over 100 in four of his last nine races at Martinsville.
