Monta Ellis records fifth double-double of the season

Mavericks guard Monta Ellis delivered his fifth double-double of the season Saturday night against the Pistons in Detroit.

Ellis scored 12 points on 5 of 12 shooting from the floor, and 2 of 2 from the free throw line. He also contributed with 13 assists, one rebound and three steals while logging 37 minutes of game action. He has averaged 14.8 points, 6.4 assists and 3.8 rebounds over his last five games.
