The Rockets announced that center Dwight Howard, who is dealing with swelling in his right knee, had a bone marrow aspirate injection Wednesday morning, according to the Houston Chronicle. The injection is expected to keep him sidelined a minimum of four weeks.
Joey Dorsey will get the start at center for the time being.
On Tuesday, Howard attended practice but rode the stationary bike. He's expected to immediately start his rehab in order to get back on the court. He averaged 16.3 points and 11.0 rebounds in 32 games.
