Jackson joined the Sixers on Monday after spending time in the G League, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
The former Notre Dame standout is on a two-way contract, and he'll join the Sixers on Monday to provide some extra depth at point guard. The 23-year-old is yet to see any action at the NBA level this season, and he's unlikely to be a factor Monday night against Charlotte.
Jackson accounted for 11 points (4-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 assists, five rebounds and three steals during Sunday's 123-115 victory over Long Island.
The former Notre Dame guard shot the ball very poorly Sunday, shooting only 26.7 percent from the floor but was still able to somehow muster his first double-double this season. Currently, Jackson is averaging 13.9 points and 4.2 assists for the 87ers.
Jackson scored 17 points (5-13 FG, 3-6 3PT, 4-4 FT) to go with five assists and five rebounds in Delaware's win over Grand Rapids on Tuesday.
The Notre Dame product had been battling a hip injury through January and February, but he's not played in each of the Sevens' last three games, with Tuesday representing by far his best effort during that stretch. For the season, Jackson holds averages of 14.6 points, 4.1 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game.

Jackson continues to recover from a left adductor strain without a timetable for a return. That said, his absence hasn't affected the rotation, as he is deep down the depth chart.
