The Browns and Cowboys both hold early picks in the 2016 NFL Draft. And they both need quarterbacks (Cleveland now, Dallas soon).
Don't bank on them taking a quarteback with their first pick, but don't rule out someone making a splashy move up.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, both teams have inquired about a trade back into the first round to take a look at Paxton Lynch.
Sound Paxton Lynch alert: CLEV and DAL have inquired about trading back into back part of first round, per sources. Let's see if it heats up

Everyone knows Jared Goff is going to the Rams at No. 1 and Carson Wentz is going to the Eagles at No. 2, even if the respective teams won't tell the world (or the quarterbacks) just yet.
Lynch is the wild card, because he can go anywhere from No. 7 all the way down to No. 20 in the first round the way it's laid out.
But once you get past the Jets, there are suddenly ample opportunities to move back up. The Panthers and Seahawks haven't hidden the fact they'll happily move down from the first round into the second in order to pick up more picks.
Good teams can do it for teams that need quarterbacks. Don't be surprised if you see Cleveland, Dallas or someone else get aggressive should Lynch fall.
