Buffalo's coaching staff will pay extra attention to players' effort and retention abilities at this weekend's rookie minicamp. "You want to see if a guy is a lazy guy or if he is a worker," coach Chan Gailey said. "You try to figure out if a guy retains what you teach him ... Those are the two main things. They’re talented guys or they wouldn’t be here to start with."
