Although Panthers quarterback Cam Newton thrived in the no-huddle offense in Week 5 against the Bears, head coach Ron Rivera said he's not interested in going no-huddle all of the time, because he wants his team to control the tempo, per the Associated Press.

The Panthers went no-huddle on the final drive of the first half half and the first drive of the second half. Newton compiled for 124 yards and a touchdown through the air while completing 8 of 11 passes. He only completed 8 of 24 pass attempts the rest of the way, per ESPN.

The Panthers will face the Bengals in Cincinnati in Week 6.
