The Pittsburgh Steelers suffered their first loss of the season last week, a 31-17 setback against the Seattle Seahawks. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers eclipsed 200 passing yards, but also threw two costly interceptions. The Steelers will try to bounce back in Week 3 when they visit the New England Patriots at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. According to the latest Week 3 NFL odds, Pittsburgh is a 1.5-point favorite, and SportsLine's model is backing the Steelers to cover the spread on the road. SportsLine's model is also backing Over 41.5 points to be scored when the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Minnesota Vikings without Joe Burrow, who's sidelined with a toe injury. Those NFL picks are part of an AFC North parlay at DraftKings Sportsbook that pays out over 6-1.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up well over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception. The model is on a sizzling 37-17 run on top-rated picks dating back to 2024. Anybody following its NFL betting picks at sportsbooks and on betting sites could have seen strong returns.

Three Sunday AFC North betting picks for NFL Week 3 (odds subject to change):

  • Steelers -1.5 vs. Patriots (-105)
  • Bengals vs. Vikings: Over 41.5 points (-105)
  • Browns vs. Packers: Over 42.5 points (-110)

Combining the model's three picks into an AFC North parlay at DraftKings would result in a payout of +627 (risk $100 to win $627).

Steelers -1.5 vs. Patriots (-105, DraftKings)

Pittsburgh is coming off a 31-17 defeat at home against the Seahawks, a game in which the Steelers managed just 267 yards of total offense. However, New England's defense proved susceptible to big plays in last week's win over the Dolphins, giving up 27 points and 297 passing yards. SportsLine's model is calling for Aaron Rodgers to lead the Steelers to victory on the road as Pittsburgh covers the spread in 60% of simulations.

Bengals vs. Vikings, Over 41.5 points (-105, DraftKings)

Cincinnati's offense won't be as potent without Burrow (toe) under center, but Jake Browning has experience in Zac Taylor's system. Browning completed 21 of 32 pass attempts for 241 yards and two touchdowns in last week's win over the Jaguars. The total has gone Over in 12 of Cincinnati's last 18 games, and the Over has hit in four of Minnesota's past five meetings against an opponent from the AFC North. SportsLine's model is calling for these teams to combine for 46 points, resulting in the Over hitting in 57% of simulations.

Browns vs. Packers, Over 42.5 points (-110, DraftKings)

The Browns are coming off a humiliating 41-17 defeat against the Ravens, and now they'll take on a red-hot Packers team, who have a distinct rest advantage after recording a 27-18 win over the Commanders last Thursday. Green Bay is scoring 27 points per game this season, which ranks sixth in the NFL. Plus, the total has gone Over in 11 of Green Bay's last 16 games on the road. SportsLine's model is expecting that trend to continue on Sunday as Green Bay cruises to a 27-13 win, helping the Over hit in 56% of simulations.
