We also set out to see what some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment need to have at their Super Bowl parties. Here's what they're having...

Jim Nantz (Voice of CBS Sports): "After the Phoenix Open, I am immediately flying home to catch the better part of the game. I have some friends getting the process started early. Naturally, any party that I'm throwing will include my wine -- The Calling. Now available in nearly 5,000 restaurants nationwide. I will be serving The Calling Dutton Ranch Pinot Noir with braised short rib sliders. Then for those trending on the lighter side we will serve up some sushi -- the lakanilau roll from Roy's of Pebble Beach -- with our Calling Dutton Ranch Chardonnay."

Jimmy Haslam (Cleveland Browns owner): "Big fan of nachos and being from the south, I kick it up a notch for the big game with BBQ Nachos!"

Emeril Lagasse (celebrity chef): "I love to have everyone over for the game and chili is always a hit with my family and friends. Some of my favorite toppings are tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream and of course, jalapenos to kick it up a notch. One-pot meals are ideal because you can leave it on the stove for guests to serve themselves throughout the night."

Mark Cuban (Dallas Mavericks owner): "Our world-famous cranberry marshmallow salad."

Bubba Watson (two-time Masters winner): "You've got to have Doritos, along with chips with guacamole and salsa. That's really all you need. But real food, I'd have a combination of hamburgers and pizza."

Phil Simms (Super Bowl XXI MVP/lead NFL analyst): "Turkey Chili. Easy to eat, easy to prepare, and good for you."

Jimi Westbrook (Little Big Town): "When I think of must-haves for a Super Bowl party, I immediately think of hot wings! I love wings! I have a recipe that I love that has a hint of sweet with a traditional hot sauce kick."

Brady Quinn (former Notre Dame/NFL QB): "Beer. It's simple, I'm Irish and watching the greatest game ever created with the greatest drink ever created is always a good time."

Bart Scott (former NFL linebacker/The NFL Today analyst): "Well before I was in the league, it was the trash talking about who was going to win. I remember representing for the Patriots against the Rams and loving when they came out as a team and loving Brady, the under dog from Michigan, where I was born and raised. I was a Brady fan long before I tried to rip his head off. As far as food... margarita wings, mini hamburgers, ribs, chips and dip, carrots and celery and baked beans for fiber."

Eric Christian Olsen (NCIS: Los Angeles star): "We make pulled pork sliders with my world-famous Deek's Farm Fresh Greek salad. For dessert, Sprinkles cupcakes and we FedEx in Whitey's Ice Cream all the way from the Quad Cities."

Ward Horton (actor): "Personally, my Super Bowl dinner is all about my homemade chili. It's thick and got some kick. A well-balanced meal all in one with a few secret ingredients, one of which is a healthy dose of anchovy paste. Don't be scared to crumble up your corn bread in it and it pairs nicely with a well-aged High Life or PBR."

Tracy Wolfson (lead sideline reporter, CBS Sports): "Chicken wings definitely. That's my number one requirement. There is a place by us that does Korean chicken wings called Bon Chon -- hot and spicy and crispy. Not your typical wings but some of the best I've ever had!"

Zach Johnson (11-time PGA Tour winner): "I'm a traditionalist in the sense that I would serve tailgate food ... so probably some sort of pig (pigs in a blanket, BBQ) and nachos. If I were going to have a meal, it would be brats, sauerkraut, good mustard, German potato salad, fruit salad, spicy relishes and a cooler of beer."

Omar Gonzalez (L.A. Galaxy/US Men’s National Team): "Last year, my wife and I threw our first ever Super Bowl party. It turned into a team BBQ: we did Gruyere-stuffed bison burgers, a bunch of different brats from Wurstküche and lots of sides. This year I'll be in D.C. with the L.A. Galaxy, meeting the President of the United States (not too shabby), otherwise we'd be hosting again!"

Jason Day (two-time PGA Tour winner): "If it were just for me, I'd have chicken, rice and broccoli. But if I were hosting a party, I'd have meat pies and sausage rolls."

George Gray (The Price is Right announcer): "Here's my extremely critical list that is important for not only watching the Super Bowl, but also the World Series, NBA playoffs, NASCAR, pro wrestling, or any local croquet or ping-pong tournament:
1) Beer, 2) Cigars, 3) Chips & salsa, 4) Beer.
Season well, mix to taste, add friends, yell at television, repeat if necessary."

Cash Cash (DJs/Producers): "One thing we can all agree on is that you need blazin’ hot Buffalo wings from Buffalo Wild Wings on game day. Blue cheese on the side is a must. Having good guacamole accompanied by a bag of Tostitos is also very important."

Mark Solomich (of Junior Prom): "When Super Bowl time arrives, you simply cannot go wrong with a good cheese log. The bigger, the better. Everyone will want to be your friend and you should definitely take advantage of the situation. People will trip over each other to get to that log. When kickoff rolls around, you'll have the best seat in the house and all your friends will be having the time of their lives, enjoying that festive log! Pimiento and Cheddar are best. Avoid adding nuts to your log at all costs though. Don't say I didn't warn you."

Rachel Reynolds (The Price is Right model): "I love getting together with friends & family to watch the Super Bowl. It's a long game and I like to munch on something the entire time! I always make sure to have plenty of snacks and side dishes like salsa, fresh guacamole, cheesy Rotel dip and Tostitos chips are a must. Casserole dishes are always great because they're easy to prepare and feed a lot of people. And of course, a plethora of desserts are a necessity for my halftime sweet tooth."
