Mekale McKay: Scheduled to visit Browns
McKay recently visited with the Bills and has since scheduled a visit with the Browns, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
McKay went undrafted in 2016 and bounced around the NFL the past few years without ever appearing in a regular-season game. He finally made some noise with the San Antonio Commanders in the now-defunct AAF, finishing seventh in the league in receiving yards (375) and third in receiving touchdowns (four). The 25-year-old wideout will face a tough path to a 53-man roster spot once he signs with an NFL team.

Cowboys' Mekale McKay: Signs with Dallas
McKay signed a contract with the Cowboys on Wednesday.
McKay was most recently a member of the Bears' offseason roster before being cut loose in mid-April. Since going undrafted out of Cincinnati in 2016, McKay has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut.

McKay finished the 2017 season on the Bears' practice squad following his injury-marred stint with the Titans in the preseason. He'll likely need to impress on special teams this offseason in order to have a chance at cracking the final roster.

McKay has yet to make his NFL debut since completing his college eligibility with Cincinnati in 2015, but he could get a look from the Bears over their final two games of the season if an injury at wideout opens up a roster spot. Even in that scenario, it's hard to envision McKay having much involvement in the Bears' passing game.
