    The Chargers waived Marks on Tuesday. Marks garnered a small role during the preseason and now finds himself among a wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline. The 5-foot-11 running back signed with the Chargers in May as an undrafted free agent out of Buffalo, where he ran 108 times for 414 yards and five touchdowns across 10 appearances during his final collegiate campaign.
