Siaosi Mariner: Waived by Baltimore
Mariner was waived by the Ravens on Monday, Ryan Mink of the team's official website reports.
Baltimore gave Mariner a shot after he went undrafted this past offseason. The Utah State product ultimatley did not make enough of an impression to land on their 53-man roster. However, he could be a candidate to ultimately play on their practice squad. If not, he will have to look for a new opportunity.

Ravens' Siaosi Mariner: Gets chance in Baltimore
The Ravens are signing Mariner to a contract Monday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Mariner landed with the Raiders after going unselected out of Utah State in the 2021 NFL Draft, but he was waived by the team late July. The rookie wideout will now get an opportunity to compete with the Ravens during training camp.

Siaosi Mariner: Gets healthy, cut by Raiders
Mariner (illness) passed a physical Friday, but he was waived by the Raiders, according to the NFL's transaction log.
On Tuesday, Mariner was placed on the active/non-football illness list, but as he gets back to full health he finds himself unemployed. The undrafted rookie wide receiver will attempt to find another gig elsewhere.

The Raiders placed Mariner on the active/non-football injury list Tuesday, Bill Williamson of SilverAndBlackPride.com reports.
Mariner could be lifted from the NFI list at any point during training camp, as long as he receives medical clearance. The Utah State product is looking to compete for a depth role in the team's crowded receiver corps.
