  • Bills' Kendrick Green: Lands in Buffalo

The Bills signed Green to a one-year contract Friday, Dorian Alerte of the team's official site reports. Green suited up for all 17 regular-season games with Houston in 2024, drawing one start. He stands to handle a similar depth role at offensive guard for Buffalo.

  • Texans' Kendrick Green: Feels fully healthy

Green said Tuesday that he's made a full recovery from the surgery he underwent last October to repair the meniscus in his right knee, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. With training camp approaching, a healthy Green is expected to compete for the starting gig at left guard with 2022 first-round pick Kenyon Green, who spent the entire 2023 campaign on injured reserve.

  • Texans' Kendrick Green: Done for the year

Green (knee) underwent successful, season-ending surgery to repair his right meniscus Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Green was placed on IR on Wednesday, and it looks like he will remain on the reserve list for the remainder of the 2023 campaign. He should be 100 percent in time for the start of offseason workouts, but heading into Sunday's matchup against the Falcons, either Josh Jones (hand) or Nick Broeker will likely have to start at left guard.

  • Texans' Kendrick Green: Goes on IR

Green (knee) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday. Green is dealing with a torn meniscus injury and was expected to be out indefinitely, so his move to IR doesn't necessarily come as a surprise. That doesn't make it any easier for the Texans, who continue to deal with an abundance of injuries along their offensive line. Green will now miss at least the next four games, although a lengthier absence is likely.

  • Texans' Kendrick Green: Dealing with torn meniscus

Green (knee) is out indefinitely with a torn meniscus in his right knee, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports. Green suffered a knee injury in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Steelers and it has been determined to be a significant injury. The offensive lineman is expected to undergo surgery to repair his knee according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston. Green drew the start versus Pittsburgh in Week 4 because starting left guard Josh Jones (hand) was unavailable. If Jones can't go in Week 5 against Atlanta, Nick Broeker will likely replace him on the starting O-line.

  • Texans' Kendrick Green: Headed to Houston

The Texans acquired Green from the Steelers in exchange for a 2025 sixth-round pick Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Green started 15 games at center during his rookie campaign but was replaced by Mason Cole the following year. The 2021 third-round pick served as a backup guard last season and failed to see a single rep all year. With the addition of Green, Houston continues to fortify their strong offensive line ahead of the coming season.
