  • Golden Knights' Isaiah Saville: Recalled from AHL

Saville was promoted from AHL Henderson on Wednesday, per CapFriendly. Saville has yet to make his NHL debut and owns a .913 save percentage in eight AHL contests this season. If Jiri Patera (undisclosed) can't suit up Thursday against the Rangers, Saville will likely back up Logan Thompson.

  • Golden Knights' Isaiah Saville: Up with Golden Knights

Saville was promoted from AHL Henderson on Thursday, SinBin.vegas reports. Saville was reassigned to Henderson earlier in the day. His prompt recall might indicate that Logan Thompson (illness) and Adin Hill (undisclosed) won't be available for Thursday's home game versus Boston, but that hasn't been confirmed. Jiri Patera started Wednesday versus Colorado, so if Hill and Thompson can't play Thursday, then there's a chance Saville will make his NHL debut.

  • Golden Knights' Isaiah Saville: Returns to minors

Saville was reassigned to AHL Henderson on Thursday, per the NHL media site. Saville was summoned Wednesday and served as the backup goaltender behind Jiri Patera in that evening's 3-0 loss to Colorado because Logan Thompson (illness) and Adin Hill (undisclosed) were unavailable. Saville has a 2.52 GAA and a .914 save percentage in seven games with Henderson in 2023-24. His demotion suggests at least one of Thompson or Hill will be able to return for Thursday's contest against Boston.

  • Golden Knights' Isaiah Saville: Rises to NHL

Saville was called up from AHL Henderson on Wednesday. Logan Thompson (upper body) is considered day-to-day, so Saville may be needed to back up Jiri Patera should Thompson miss time. Saville will join the Golden Knights in Tampa Bay ahead of Thursday's game versus the Lightning, but he's unlikely to play during this stint in the NHL.
