Hryckowian has two goals and a helper over his last three games. The 24-year-old rookie is doing well to maintain his third-line role, adding a little physicality and now some depth scoring to the mix. For the season, he's at five goals, six helpers, 37 shots on net, 56 hits, 15 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 36 appearances.

Stars' Justin Hryckowian: Takes advantage of turnover
Hryckowian scored a goal and added three hits in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Sharks.
Hryckowian ended a nine-game point drought with the tally. He capitalized on a turnover by Sharks goalie Alex Nedeljkovic late in the second period. Hryckowian's goal was his first career game-winner. He's now at four goals, nine points, 34 shots on net, 54 hits, 16 blocked shots, 15 PIM and a minus-7 rating over 34 appearances in a bottom-six role. He's emerged as a decent defensive forward, but his offense is likely to be streaky.

Hryckowian has settled into a third-line role lately, picking up three goals and three assists over 12 outings in November. That's all of his offense in 22 appearances this year, and he's added 21 shots on net, 28 hits and a minus-3 rating. Those numbers won't pop for most fantasy managers, but it looks like he's here to stay in the NHL and is still young enough to grow his offense.

Hryckowian has two goals over his last four games, showing improvement in November after failing to earn a point in October. The 24-year-old remains in a bottom-six role, but he is getting decent ice time lately with at least 10 minutes in seven straight contests. The move was made as Mason Marchment suffered an upper-body injury Friday and was taken to hospital. Hrychowian has yet to make his NHL debut, as he has been a healthy scratch in all three games when recalled from the minors.
