Giroux was sent to AHL Iowa on Friday.
Giroux was recalled Thursday as the Wild decided to rest a lot of their regulars. Giroux picked up an assist in his NHL debut Thursday. He had three goals and 21 points in 65 AHL games before his recall.

Wild's Damien Giroux: Recalled from AHL
Giroux was recalled from AHL Iowa on Thursday.
Giroux has spent the last three seasons at Iowa, scoring three times and adding 18 assists in 65 games this season. He has yet to make his NHL debut after being drafted 155th overall in 2018.
