WWE news, rumors: Ex-Bullet Club member says Young Bucks must give WWE a try
Also, Seth Rollins put on a performance for the ages Monday night on Raw
The go-home edition of Raw for WWE Elimination Chamber is out of the way, meaning we're now one step closer to WrestleMania. During the busiest time of the year for the company, the pro wrestling news wire heats up on a daily basis, and we here at CBS aim to keep you updated on some of the top headlines making the rounds.
Let's take a look at some of the notable headlines for Tuesday, Feb. 20, beginning with why everyone has been raving about that go-home edition of Raw from Monday night.
Seth Rollins on his history-making performance
If anyone needed a reminder that Seth Rollins is one of the best in-ring workers in professional wrestling -- not just WWE -- today, they got that and then some on Monday night. Raw began with the gauntlet match featuring all seven members of the Elimination Chamber match. The match, which ended up going nearly two hours making it the longest match in the history of the company, had all fans discussing one performer and one performer only -- Rollins.
In a performance that no WWE fan will soon forget, "The Architect" entered the match second and lasted an incredible 65 minutes. And in those 65 minutes, Rollins sent a stern reminder to everyone in attendance and those watching on USA Network that there are few wrestlers walking the planet right now that can compare to him inside that 20x20 ring. Oh yeah, not to mention he defeated both Roman Reigns and John Cena clean during those 65 minutes of edge-of-your-seat wrestling. After he was eliminated from the bout by Elias following his victory over Cena, Rollins received a standing ovation and worldwide praise from the internet -- and deservedly so. Well, after he had some time to collect himself from making history on Raw, Rollins expressed a little gratitude of his own.
It’s nights like these when I remember why I fell in love with professional wrestling. Thank you to the men I shared the ring with this evening. It was truly special. I’ve drawn a line in the sand... #MONDAYNIGHTROLLINS #WrestleMania

Rollins may have reminded himself why he fell in love with pro wrestling, but he also needs to realize that his work on Monday night reminded a lot of us wrestling fans why we did as well.
More WWE news, rumors
- Will the Young Bucks ever come to WWE? We still don't know a concrete answer to that question, but one of the first Bullet Club members and current Raw superstar Luke Gallows let his thoughts be known on the matter. In a recent interview with Sky Sports, Gallows expressed his desire to see Matt and Nick Jackson earning some money in WWE while admitting he believes they owe it to themselves to make it happen at some point.
- Thirteen-time world champion Randy Orton had a recent meet-up with TMZ, so of course they wanted his thoughts on Ronda Rousey's venture into pro wrestling. While the SmackDown Live superstar seemed a bit apprehensive about the subject at first, he eventually said Rousey has the potential to become one of the best female wrestlers in the company -- it'll just take some time.
- Did you ever wonder how Cody deals with Stardust taunts when he's working outside of the WWE bubble? Watch -- and laugh, probably -- right here as he responds to them during New Japan Pro-Wrestling's visit to Australia.
- James Ellsworth was once seconds away from stunning the world and defeating AJ Styles for the WWE championship, but he didn't win it. Ellsworth just challenged Nick Aldis for the NWA world title, but he didn't win it. That's OK, though, because the man with two hands and a fighting chance now has a belt of his own. On Instagram, the former SmackDown Live star revealed he's created an inter-gender championship of his own that he'll defend on the independent scene. Now, we wait to see which female will answer the call first.
- In SmackDown Live action on Tuesday night, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Naomi will battle the Riott Squad in six-woman tag team action. SD general manager Daniel Bryan announced Monday night during Raw that Chad Gable & Shelton Benjamin will go up against the New Day with the winners of the match heading on to Fastlane on March 11 for a tag team title shot against The Usos. Also on the show, AJ Styles will address the fact that he has to defend his WWE championship against five men now at Fastlane, after both Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin were added to the match last week.
