Harang can be cut and ignored in all yearly leagues now. It is a real unfortunately thing for him and his Fantasy owners down the stretch, especially since he has strung some quality starts together. The former Fantasy ace will have to be consider out of the top 30 starting pitchers to target on Draft Day 2010.
