Young not afraid of retirement: From The Sports Xchange: 1B Dmitri Young, out for the season with a torn left quadriceps muscle, visited the Nationals' clubhouse Friday in Miami and said he's been enjoying some rare time with family members. The 35-year-old, whose contract expires at the end of the season, said he hasn't been concerned yet with whether he returns to play in 2010 or not, but he said he won't be upset if his career ends in this fashion. "No, because I don't believe in dwelling on anything or having any regrets," the two-time All-Star said. "That would lead for a sour rest of my life."
