West returns to Cavaliers: Cleveland PG Delonte West returned to action Wednesday against Indiana after missing Tuesday's game with a knee injury. West shot 4 for 10 and scored nine points against the Pacers in the win. He played 25 minutes and grabbed four rebounds.

G Delonte West was on the inactive list with a sprained knee in the Detroit game on Tuesday. He was back in the lineup on Wednesday and ended with nine points and four rebounds. Coach Mike Brown said he sprained his knee in the Boston game on Sunday. West had both knees wrapped against the Pacers. 31/8/2010
