Bynum stays strong on the boards: Lakers C Andrew Bynum was having trouble getting his shots to fall on Thursday against the Celtics defense, so he went to work on the glass, grabbing seven offensive rebounds and 17 total in the Lakers 88-87 overtime win over Boston. Bynum still finished with 16 points, however it came on 6 of 15 shooting with four free throws; he added a steal and three blocks in 41 minutes. (Updated 02/09/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Bynum had a 20-20 game in the Lakers previous game, so hes hitting the boards as hard as he ever has in recent games. Of course, thats a trend that has been in place all season, as the seventh-year seven footer is averaging 12.3 rebounds per game this season, by far his career best. He is also scoring 17.1 points per game and has taken the leap to become a No. 1 Fantasy center this season as his role in the team becomes bigger. Fantasy owners should consider the All Star a must-start option in most formats right now. (Updated 02/09/2012).
