Granger plays through MCL sprain: Pacers SF Danny Granger played on Friday against the Mavericks after missing Wednesday against the Clippers with an MCL sprain. Granger scored 20 points in the game on 5 for 16 shooting, hitting two of his nine three-point attempts. He added a rebound, two assists and three steals to his stat line.

It's good to see Granger play full-time minutes against the Mavericks although he clearly was off a bit, missing 11 of his 16 shots. He appears to have avoided a serious injury but Fantasy owners should certainly monitor his progress in the coming days. Granger is a must-start Fantasy option as long as he is healthy and active.
