Rams WRs make strides: The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the Rams coaches are starting to gain confidence in young receivers Donnie Avery, Keenan Burton and Laurent Robinson after watching them perform during OTA workouts and minicamps. Avery and Burton will enter their second seasons with the Rams, Robinson his third in the NFL. Their combined statistics through four seasons: 108 receptions for 1,335 yards and five touchdowns. Offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur can see the potential of the trio. "I like the guys we have," Shurmur said. "I think they're playing hard. They're working hard to get open, and they're really working hard at catching the football. I think they're all trying to think of themselves as playmakers, and that's what you want."

Fantasy Analysis
We like Avery the best of this group, and he has the potential to be a No. 3 Fantasy WR this season. He's worth drafting with a late-round pick, but think of him as a No. 4 option on Draft Day. Burton and Robinson are candidates to add off the waiver wire, especially if QB Marc Bulger develops a rapport with these guys early on.
