WR Mario Urrutia was promoted from the Buccaneers' practice squad to the active roster. He replaces WR Sammie Stroughter, who went on injured reserve with a broken right foot. Urrutia signed with Tampa Bay on Aug. 7 before being released on Sept. 5. He was signed to the practice squad the following day. He spent one game earlier this season on the active roster, but he did not play against the Giants on Sept. 27. 12/21/2009
