Manny Pacquiao announces: He's retiring ... from singing!
It wasn't the announcement we were hoping for, but Manny Pacquiao, who is awaiting a decision from Floyd Mayweather regarding a May 2 fight, said he is retiring from singing.

Boxer Manny Pacquiao has been in the spotlight plenty as of late, as a long-awaited fight against Floyd Mayweather might finally happen this year. But while we await word from Mayweather's camp on whether they will accept Pacquiao's challenge, the Filipino boxer had another big announcement to make.
Depending on whether you are a bigger fan of Manny Pacquiao the boxer or Manny Pacquiao the entertainer, then this decision might be more devastating than Mayweather turning down the opportunity to fight Pacquiao.
"I stopped singing," Pacquiao told TMZ Sports. "I like singing. I love music ... but I don't think music loves me."
If you are done smashing things around your home, apartment or office after hearing this news, it really does appear Pacquiao isn't too upset his music career is over.
"My first album was platinum in the Philippines, so that's good enough," he said, referring to his album “Laban Nating Lahat Ito” that featured the hit single, “Para Sa Yo ang Laban na ‘To."
On the heels of this announcement, if Mayweather doesn't agree to fight Pacquiao, then 2015 could be a disappointing year for Pacman fans.
