KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) James Scott and Nick Masterson combined for 60 points to lead Kennesaw State to its first Atlantic Sun Conference win, blowing past Stetson 95-81 on Thursday night.

Scott and Masterson combined to hit all 11 from long range as the Owls were 11 of 19 from distance. The Owls shot 58 percent (35-60) from the floor, while limiting Stetson to 31-of-73 shooting (43 percent).

Kennesaw State closed out the first half on a 19-9 run for a 49-36 halftime advantage. The Owls kept the pressure on in the second period to go ahead 69-52 midway in the second half.

Scott totaled 32 points, making six from beyond the arc, and Masterson added 28 points, one short of his career high. He was 5 of 6 from distance. Jordan Jones and Anthony Wilson had 12 points apiece for Kennesaw State (5-14, 1-3).

Divine Myles led Stetson (10-11, 2-2) with 22 points.
