ST. LOUIS (AP) Matt Cross had 19 points in Massachusetts Minutemen' 84-73 win over Saint Louis Billikens on Saturday night.
Cross added five rebounds and five assists for the Minutemen (13-7, 4-4 Atlantic 10 Conference). Rahsool Diggins added 15 points while shooting 5 for 10 (2 for 6 from 3-point range) and 3 of 5 from the free throw line, and they also had six rebounds. Keon Thompson was 4 of 13 shooting, including 2 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line to finish with 14 points.
The Billikens (8-12, 1-6) were led in scoring by Gibson Jimerson, who finished with 16 points and four assists. Larry Hughes Jr. added 14 points for Saint Louis. Bradley Ezewiro also had 12 points.
