Rawle Alkins announced Sunday that he's withdrawing from the NBA Draft and returning to Arizona for his sophomore year.
"I can't wait to help the Wildcats win a national championship," Alkins said.
Alkins averaged 10.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 28 minutes per game as a freshman while shooting 37 percent from 3-point range. The 6-foot-5 guard scored a career-high 20 points in Arizona's 100-82 victory over North Dakota in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Arizona is ranked second in the CBS Sports preseason Top 25 (and one).
