LSU's live tiger mascot Mike VI died on Tuesday after a four-month long battle with cancer. Mike's fight against cancer and eventual death brought an outpouring of support from the LSU community.
To honor the beloved mascot, LSU's football team will wear special "VI" decals on their helmets on Saturday against Southern Miss.

It's a nice tribute from the Tigers to Mike VI, which served as the Tigers' live mascot for nine years after being adopted by the school in 2007. Mike was 11 years old when he died.
