Fall camp isn't all two-a-days and film watching. At Vanderbilt, players walked into a team meeting the other day and were surprised to hear loud music playing.
Naturally, a dance contest broke out.
Offensive line coach Herb Hand stole the show with his version of the worm.
The Commodores' official site even provided a recap: "The beats triggered an impromptu dance-off, and everyone got in on the fun -- even the coaches."
No word yet on how Hand plans to fire up his offensive line for the Aug. 30 opener against South Carolina.
