WATCH: Italian security shuts down Jim Harbaugh's football shenanigans
The Michigan coach nearly caused an international incident throwing a football
Michigan's trip to Rome is going great, according to the many photos and videos getting posted to social media. Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines' travel team are getting an unbelievable life experience, and their documentation of the events is making it easy for fans to keep tabs on their Italian adventure.
For Harbaugh, Monday's activities included some impromptu throwing in the shopping mall. That got him nearly thrown out by some uniformed security officials on the scene as Harbaugh had to apologize quickly for bringing outside activities inside.
While the clip is funny, throwing footballs in an Italian shopping mall is not the highlight of Michigan's trip so far. The team has already visited the Villa Borghese Gardens and the Colosseum, or "the original Big House."
