Angels' Cooper Criswell: Placed on injured list

Criswell (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday.

Criswell has been dealing with shoulder inflammation since mid-March and will be unavailable to begin the regular season. He doesn't yet have a timetable for his return, and he isn't guaranteed a major-league roster spot once healthy.
