Astros' Jake Meyers: Scratched Friday

Meyers was scratched from the lineup ahead of Friday's game versus the Angels due to right calf soreness, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Meyers missed nearly two months earlier in the season due to right calf problems, and he appears to have aggravated the injury prior to Friday's contest. While he takes a day to recover, Zach Cole will shift to center field, and Cam Smith will start in right for the Astros.
