Blue Jays' Paul Fry: Catches on with Blue Jays

Fry signed a minor-league contract with the Blue Jays on Friday.

The deal includes an invitation to major-league spring training, where Fry will compete for a job in the bullpen. Fry looked for a time like a nice late-inning, left-handed relief weapon, but he's fallen on hard times the last two seasons, posting a 6.12 ERA over 65 appearances.
