Blue Jays' Travis Bergen: Lands on injured list

Bergen was placed on the 10-day injured list with a left shoulder impingement Thursday.

Bergen walked three batters and blew a save in his most recent outing Sunday against the Rays. Whether or not those struggles were injury-related is unclear, as is his expected return date. The move clears a spot for the Blue Jays to select Alek Manoah's contract ahead of his major-league debut.
