Renfroe is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Dodgers.
Renfroe is 0-for-11 since hitting homers in back-to-back contests Thursday and Friday, and his absence from Tuesday's lineup will end a string of 32 consecutive starts. Andrew McCutchen will shift to right field while Keston Hiura serves as the designated hitter.
