Caleb Frare: Not tendered contract

Frare will not be given a contract ahead of Monday's non-tender deadline, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Frare threw just 2.2 innings at the big-league level last season, allowing three runs. The lefty posted a poor 7.66 ERA in 22.1 innings for Triple-A Charlotte.
