Derek Norris: Suspended for rest of 2017

Norris was suspended for the rest of the 2017 season following a domestic violence investigation, Jorge Castillo of The Washington Post reports.

Norris is currently a free agent after being released by Tampa Bay on June 27. The 28-year-old will be eligible to return next season, but was officially placed on the restricted list and deemed ineligible for the remainder of the year.
